On behalf of the below mentioned entities we have been notified of the
following:
1. According to section 21 para 1 WpHG FIL Investment Mamagement Limited,
Hildenborough, United Kingdom, has fallen below the threshold of 3% of the
voting rights in Klöckner & Co SE on September 25, 2009 and amounts to 2.97% of
the voting rights in Klöckner & Co SE on that date, corresponding to 1,978,031
shares with voting rights.
Of this amount, 0,02% of the voting rights in Klöckner & Co SE, correponding to
14,526 shares with voting rights were attributed to FIL Investment Management
Limited pursuant to section 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 6 WpHG and 2,95% of the voting
rights in Klöckner & Co SE, correponding to 1,963,505 shares with voting rights
were attributed to FIL Investment Management Limited pursuant to section 22 (1)
sentence 1 no. 6 in connection with section 22 para. 1 sentence 2 WpHG.
2. According to section 21 para 1 WpHG FIL Limited, Hamilton, Bermuda, has
fallen below the threshold of 3% of the voting rights in Klöckner & Co SE on
September 25, 2009 and amounts to 2.97% of the voting rights in Klöckner & Co SE
on that date, corresponding to 1,978,031 shares with voting rights.
All voting rights in Klöckner & Co SE were attributed to FIL Limited pursuant to
section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 6 in connection with section 22 para. 1
sentence 2 WpHG.
